Introducing the Channel Collective, a New Collaborative Channel Endeavour between iasset.com, Vortex 6 and Channel Mechanics – targeting value-added resellers, service providers, vendors and distributors

The Channel Collective was formed thanks to a shared mission across three channel organisations: iasset.com, the leading installed base management platform for the IT channel; Vortex 6, a provider of innovative SaaS solutions that automate multi-vendor partner program compliance; and Channel Mechanics, an award-winning channel automation platform that gives users the ability to turn great sales ideas into easily executable channel programs.

This partnership is a collection of ISV’s delivering solutions dedicated to increasing revenue and achieving operational efficiency within the IT channel.  Each of the unique platforms on offer from are designed to provide improved outcomes for the IT channel ecosystem – from vendors, to distributors, to value added resellers to service providers.

The Channel Collective offers a platform for customers to easily gain visibility of all three offerings designed to improve efficiency of its partner program. All three tools can be used in tandem to provide a better partner experience regardless of which partner program a customer is part of. Together, Channel Collective can offer customers complementary solutions which help streamline their operational processes through the power of automation and industry expertise.

Scott Frew, CEO of iasset.com, who suggested the Channel Collective collaboration comments:

“The Channel Collective originated from an idea generated from observing an extraordinary volume of channel software companies operating with a common purpose. That being to assist our customers in selecting quality solutions that automate the parts of our customers’ business that transact with essentially disparate vendor, distributor SPs and VAR operating processes. Channel Mechanics and Vortex 6 have excellent solutions that are not only complimentary to the iasset.com platform, but when integrated can provide an exponential multiplier in productivity, cost reduction and opportunity acceleration.”

Peter Olive, CEO of Vortex 6, states:

“We recognise how tough and competitive the channel environment is and as more vendors and partners shift their focus to cloud, so this drives challenges for the channel. This initiative is aimed to help our partners achieve better value and maximum revenue from their engagement with us, which will deliver a win:win for all concerned.  Our platforms are complementary and together we are able to deliver a level of automation that is unique in the market today.”

Kenneth Fox, CEO of Channel Mechanics says:

“The Channel Collective initiative provides us with a unique opportunity to combine our complementary solutions to support the ever changing and demanding needs of the channel eco-system we support. Our coming together provides a vision and mindshare that brings new levels of automation to the channel, previously unimaginable. For the Vendors, Distributors and Partners leveraging our solutions as part of their go-to-market strategy, they are seeing accelerated revenue, reduced costs and new levels of data insights shaping their growth trajectories.
